Local business owners, the WBYSA is asking for your help in supporting West Boylston youth soccer.

The West Boylston Youth Soccer Association is a nonprofit organization. All fees collected from sponsors and players’ fees are used to defray yearly expenses for uniforms, field fees, soccer equipment, referee expenses, and instructional programs. Thanks in large part to the generous donations of our sponsors, soccer programs in West Boylston continue to be a successful community based youth program. We will have approximately 300 young people participating in our program this season - compared to 252 in 1993 and 160 in 1988.

Benefits to sponsoring businesses are threefold:

• Expanding player numbers means expanding advertising exposure and recognition of the generosity and community commitment of our sponsors. We are trying some new ideas this year for sponsorship in an attempt to make sponsorship more affordable and increasing the number of sponsors of WBYSA. Please see our new options below for becoming a sponsor of WBYSA. These forms of "field advertisement" reach a continually expanding audience of families with approximately 40 new families joining our organization each year. WBYSA traveling teams compete against teams throughout the Wachusett Area Youth Soccer Association including Sterling, Princeton, Paxton, Rutland, Spencer and Leicester.



• Your business will be advertised in writing in the publication for the pre-season Jamboree Brochure. Similarly, announcements at the post-season Wind Down will offer further advertising exposure. These two events are traditional cornerstones of our soccer season and involve an estimated 750 attendees who represent your potential local customers. Your business will also be recognized on our website with a link directly to your webpage.



• With the first two sponsorship options below your business will receive a plaque with a team photo suitable for display at your place of business as thanks for your support.

There are three forms of sponsorship available this year:

• $150 level (Travel or in town team teams) Sponsors who contribute at this level will have their names individually displayed on a field sign (approximately 18” by 24”) at traveling and in town team fields on game days as well as at our annual jamboree. Signs will be either hung on fences at the fields or staked into the ground. The signs will be displayed on the spectators’ side of the field for maximum exposure to your potential business audience. The signs will include your business name, business phone, web site address and recognition of your business as a WBYSA sponsor. In addition, your business information will be included on our website with links directly to your webpage.



• $125 level (PeeWee/In town teams) Sponsor contributions at this level support a team of our youngest players with brightly colored team T-Shirts with your business name printed on the back. Players will keep and wear these shirts well after the season ends. We have 10-12 Pee Wee teams that play all their games in West Boylston. In addition, your business information will be included on our website with links directly to your webpage.



• $50 level Sponsors who contribute at this level will have their business information included on our new web site with links directly to their web page as well as being recognized in the publication for the pre-season Jamboree Brochure and announcements at the post-season Wind Down.
