Fall 2007 Registration
For season:  Sept. 8, 2007-end of October

Registration will be at Major Edwards on
May 7th (6:15 - 8:00 PM), 10th (6:15 - 8:00 PM), and 12th (10:00 - 12:00 noon)
Late registrations are only accepted if roster has availability
Late fee of $15 applies

 Registration Fee:
$50 U-6, U-7 and U-8 Fee includes team shirt
$50 U-10 and up plus uniform purchase of $35
U-10 and above will purchase a uniform that they will keep and
continue to use for as long as the uniform fits
$120 Maximum/family not including uniforms

U6:
entering Kindergarten in Fall 2007
U12:
 8/1/95 - 7/31/97 (birthday)
U7:
 entering Kindergarten and 1st grade in Fall 2007
U14:
 8/1/93 - 7/31/95 (birthday)
U8:
 children entering 2nd grade in Fall 2007
U17:
 8/1/90 - 7/31/93 (girls) (birthday)
U10:
 8/1/97 - 7/31/99 (birthday)
U18:
 8/1/89 - 7/31/93 (boys) (birthday) - will play in MAYS, not WAYSA

All players MUST register by May 12th

If you are unable to make it, or would prefer to register your child by mail, please return the registration form and check to WBYSA Registrar, 7 Colonial Hill Drive, West Boylston, prior to May 12th.

All registrations must be received by May 12, 2007.
This cut-off date is essential in order for us to have all players insured by MYSA, and to submit to the Wachusett Area Youth Soccer League (WAYSL) for scheduling by their due dates.  West Boylston soccer participates in the WAYSA, which consists of teams from Holden, Sterling, Princeton, Rutland, Paxton, Leicester, Spencer, Trivium, Venerini, and Sutton.

A late fee of $15 will be assessed after May 12thand late registrations will only be accepted if team roster has availability.  This late fee covers the cost of filing again with MYSA and WAYSA.  Please bring a copy of a birth certificate, which we can keep, for children not previously registered. 

WBYSA is run by volunteers and is always looking for help in many different ways.  Would you give some time to help make this a great experience for the players and families?  Sign-up at registration or let the Registrar know of your interest.  WBYSA pays for Coach licensing courses.
